Please send us the exact address and model (if possible) of this camera. We will try to identify the reason and apply changes to our patch generation algorithms.
Do your T-shirts always hide people from surveillance cameras?
No, we can not be sure about that. We have tested our T-shirts on the most common neural networks that are used in surveillance cameras. However, we are not able to check them all.
