Terms and Conditions

Welcome to HIDEXA.COM online store. HIDEXA.COM is operated by OTALEX OÜ (reg. code 14377524, address: Järvevana tee 9-40, Tallinn 11314, Estonia) company and in this document we use HIDEXA.COM to name both the site and the company in corresponding cases. The following terms and conditions guide the use of e-commerce on our online store. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at HIDEXA.COM.

1. General

You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at sales@hidexa.com. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. HIDEXA.COM reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order on suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment option in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. HIDEXA.COM holds the right to have minor deviations related to how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes. All prices include Estonian VAT (20%).

2. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are sent by Post or Express Mail Service (EMS) depending on your selection, the country you reside in and the warehouse we dispatch from (at this moment: from Estonia or Russia). You will receive a tracking number along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. HIDEXA.COM will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

a. Shipping destinations and shipping fees

Estimated delivery time is 5-20 working days depending on the destination country and delivery service you choose, and if anything else is not announced. Shipping fees specified in € (Euro), US Dollar (USD), or Russian Rubles (RUB) will be displayed at checkout before the final payment step. You’ll get free shipping on orders above 300 Euros.

b. Uncollected packages

We will charge 25 EUR for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package, please contact our customer service. When returning it, you are responsible for the goods.

c. Customs and import fees

You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authority or local EMS/Post branch.

3. Payment

You can pay by:
– Credit card (Mastercard/VISA/Diners/American Express)
– Paypal

You pay immediately at checkout. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted, secured and transferred to our processing partner directly. HIDEXA.COM does not have any access to your payment instrument’s information nor can we advise you on a reason your payment could be declined or suspended. HIDEXA.COM reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order on suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. HIDEXA.COM can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Estonian law is applied. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 14 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product, you pay for the shipping cost.

Refunds

You will receive your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 working days before the money reaches your account.

Our return policy

You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund denied. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

a. Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items HIDEXA.COM will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

b. Claims

If the product is defective, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our customer service before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt to this address:

5. Security

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. HIDEXA.COM cooperates with PayPal for redemption of credit card payments.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by Estonian law. HIDEXA.COM may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

7. Ownership of Rights

All rights, including copyrights at HIDEXA.COM remain with HIDEXA.COM/OTALEX OÜ. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

8. Fair Use and Guarantees

Images printed on the clothes that we sell are automatically generated using our own algorithms. They are intended for drastically decreasing probability of human recognition in neural networks that are deployed in some of the surveillance cameras. In spite, we constantly work on the improvement of our algorithms. Still we can not guarantee that a particular camera or network will not recognize you as a human since it depends on many factors, including lightening, an angle of exposing before a camera, type of network, etc.

HIDEXA.COM does not offer anything that may be used  to break the law in any country. You are fully responsible for fair using of our clothes to express your position and share our thoughts on machines’ and AI’s superiority. Under no circumstances will HIDEXA.COM be engaged in any legal issues caused by improper use of our products.

Collection of Personal Data When Buying

We save personal information in the form of name, contact details and address in order to fulfill our commitment to you as a customer when ordering. The legal basis for this collection is the terms and conditions of the purchase. These data are shared with our warehouse and logistics partners in order to fulfill the order. We also save your order history to handle returns and complaints.

Collection of Personal Data for Email Marketing

If you have agreed on receiving news and offers by e-mail when making a purchase, or filled in the form to receive newsletters, we will save your e-mail in our newsletter register. The legal basis for this collection is consent. We use this registry to send out relevant information about news and offers. You can at any time decline to receive more mailings and be removed from our email registry by unsubscribing via the link in the emails.

Personal Data Responsibility and Privacy

Responsible for the personal data is OTALEX OÜ. In cases where we share personal data with third parties in order to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, we have personal data agreement with this party. We do not share information with non-EU / EEA parties, except for deliveries outside of this area. We store your data confidentially in secure systems, but can never fully protect us from intrusion, which means that data shared with us is shared at your own risk.

Our site may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Our site does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
